PATTSTÜCKE
by the artist group K.U.SCH.
renate Krätschmer Und jörg SCHwarzenberger, SITO

Exhibition: June 15th – July 20th 2012

The artist group K.U.SCH. is passionately interested in the intermediate spaces between the lines of the explainable. They reflect ambigously, confuse and amuse the viewer
with their dadaism of the society in a profund and abyssal way.

Again and again the artist group suprises with ludicrous combinations made out of cultural waste and found objects out of nature. In form of fragments of furniture, construction materials, throw-away products, status symbols, logos or digital snap-shots of civilisation structures. Apparently there exists nothing what K.U.SCH. doesn’t inspire to sophisticated reflections. Their skewed conjunctions provoke to scrutinize the trusted.

K.U.SCH. names the art works “PATTSTÜCKE“ (stalemate-pieces) and succeeds to fill the emptiness of the consum addicted growth-hysteria with them lightly.
